We offer an uncontested divorce package, which includes all court fees, process server charges, legal fees and HST.  Clients are qualified if they have an existing Separation Agreement, or if the divorce is on consent.

​We provide comprehensive Independent Legal Advice for clients prior to signing a Marriage Contract, Prenuptual Agreement or Separation Agreement.

 

We also provide Independent Legal Advice for those using Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), such as mediation and arbitration.

We handle all areas of family law, including divorce, child custody and access, division of property, child support and spousal support.

 

 

 

Unbundled Legal Services

We provide document preparation services and  consultations, as a more affordable alternative to retaining us to represent you.

 

There is no upfront retainer, and you only pay for the time spent drafting your documents or giving you legal advice.  This is often the most cost-effective way to deal with child support issues.

 

Collaborative Family Law

 

Collaborative family law allows clients to avoid court proceedings and resolve their matters in a more amicable and civilized way.  In a series of meetings, parties brainstorn solutions to problems, discuss what outside experts may be needed to help, negotiate with their lawyers at their side, and work out terms of Marriage Contracts or Separation Agreements that are fair and acceptable to everybody.

Children's Aid
